I used to think not, when I slept with married women back in the day. While I don't engage in that behavior today, I guess it depends on the situation. I mean, if the marriage is fricked anyway ….

Another huge potential risk that everyone always overlooks, being intertwined in a divorce proceeding. Deposition, court testimony...having your shite out there in the public record. Pretty shitty thing to go through.
