If only you had read the 6 threads a week about the horrible design of the roads in and around Baton Rouge. They frequently mention that traffic backs up every day.

There was an 18 wheeler stuck in the median (at 7:15) on i-12 about 3 miles east of the Walker Road exit so it's at a crawl right now.
