Probably the only place I prefer a breaded wing over the alternative. Probably has more to do with nostalgia (ie high rankings of Johnny’s pizza in Monroe, Tony’s pizza in Lake Charles, Bud’s broiler in NOLA), as opposed to the actual quality of food.

If you have to have a gimmick to get people in and eat your food then it's probably not good. Tilted Kilt the same thing. Both are trashy.

Their Grouper’s Cousin sandwich is great.
Grilled > Fried
On Texas Toast with grilled onions.
If they still have it, grilled shrimp spinach salad was good too.
Daytona and 3 Mile Wings are always great.

20 years ago I went to Hooters with my regional and divisional managers. We were going to have a couple of beers. When the hot blonde with big hooters came to take our order, my divisional manager turned to my regional and asked in a straight face “so Willie, what are hooters anyway?”
I just about busted out laughing it was hilarious

Yeah, their wings are still good and (maybe some locations) their grilled fish sandwiches are also good and pretty fresh
