Only if she isn't willing to date anyone shorter than she is. Only something like 3% of the male population is 6'3+. By default, she's screwed if she refuses to date shorter.
There are plenty of men, tall and average, who are happily willing to date a tall woman. I'm not remotely offended by anyone who isn't; I've just never had a guy be like, "nah...you're too tall". My boyfriend is shorter than me, but he's confident, so it doesn't seem like he is.

If a tall girl is willing to date a man shorter than her, it's no handicap.
There might be some men who fear how it will look being with a woman taller than him, but that type of man usually has confidence and insecurity issues.
If anything, as long as a tall lady is OK with dating men shorter than her, the height is an advantage because it will weed out weak men.

5'0 checking in. I don't have a preference, but all so's have been 6'3 and above. If I were tall, I would still wear 6" stilettos.

5'10 is a great height for a girl but it does limit her options much like being short if you are a guy. Shell be much more likely to attract a tall guy and have tall kiddos
