I have been watch game warden show out of boredom. They stop anybody and ask for licenses etc

Usually doesn't law enforcement need cause.

Ironically, the Constitution is what grants each state the right to enact and enforce such regulations (i.e., states' rights).

It's ok because they only stop white people on the lake or at the camp

No. They abuse the 4th amendment with it.

No they don’t. State Supreme court ruled in above case, State v McHugh.
That case scared the heck out of baton rouge when the appeals court overturned the violation on search & seizure. That would have effectively put game wardens out of business.

My favorite is when they stop and shake down some poor soul on the side of the road just trying to catch a couple bream….most likely for dinner. Doing no harm.

Then go bullshite with the white guy in a $70,000 bass boat and 15 years of financing and give him a free pass.

I was watching earlier today when they snuck up on an ex con in a blind hunting on his own land in low light. Yea, that’s a good way to get shot. Trying to catch him with a gun since he was an ex felon and shouldn’t have one. These wanna be cops need an ego check.

That bar is not very high?

I've seen people get their fishing licenses checked at a pond in the middle of a cow pasture. Some game wardens can be real big time assholes. Have also met some really cool ones before.

Usually, the folks with the nice expensive equipment are city folk who don’t know how to fish. It’s them red necks with the camouflage motor that they focus on, because they know how to catch fish.

My dad and some of his buddies were duck hunting and got checked by the game warden. No violations. He said, "as much as y'all were shooting I was sure you were over the limit. When I get back to town I'm telling everybody what bad shots you are. "
