Fast food doesn't do that to anyone who isn't already a lard arse. Good job outing yourself.

Good on you.
I remember when I started losing weight and cooking most of all my meals, fast food started to really frick with me. I think it always felt that bad, I just felt that bad consistently so I didn't realize it.
Nowadays restaurants have to have a good atmosphere, and the food has to be better than what I can cook at home. And when it meets both those criteria, I will spend a good amount.
But those fast food days are over unless I'm in a real need for some quick, comforting, trash food that I recognize is going to make me feel awful but fill some sort of emotional hole.

I guess like any drug you grow a tolerance to All the sodium and msg and chemicals so you don’t notice the terrible side effects because they just become a part of your life.
I get carb coma hangovers when i go a little too nuts on the junk food in a day. But I have to really do some serious crap eating, and don't do it often

This was my experience as well. I went months only eating homecooked meals and lost 45lb during the pandemic, when I finally had fast food again it fricked me up, I felt like complete shite, heart racing, sluggish, etc.
The ones saying something is wrong with OP are probably just normalized to the shite

Yes..that shite will kill you.

I’m so healthy that every time I don’t eat my very specific diet I have diarrhea and feel like I’m dying

How does anyone eat this shite at all much less daily? Or worse feed it to their kids.
This may be the gayest shite I've ever seen on the OT, and that includes when me and JPLSU talk about touching each other's dicks.

It is not the healthiest thing you can eat but you can make something just as unhealthy at home. I know people who live on Pop Tarts and Sundrop.

Nevermind. This is twice as gay as the OP.
I'm friends with DOZENS of marathoners, triathletes, and few ultra runners. Almost all of them indulge in beers and junk/fast food a couple of times a month. Y'all are frickin broken if this shite fricks your system up so much.

Can confirm...I've seen photos of Mike hanging out with with DOZENS of bi athletes.

I must have a stomach of steel because outside of food poisoning food never makes me feel bad. I don't eat fast food very often either.
I could eat dinner at a gas station for a month and I'd feel fine other than maybe a little weight gain and more time in the bathroom.

Arby’s market fresh sandwiches are awesome.
Posted on 2/2/23 at 5:47 pm to Richard Grayson
Arby’s isn’t even that bad as far as fast food goes

Fast food buns, high sodium deli meats, cheese w/ preservatives, HFCS soda

It isn't poison, but it's not good for you.
