What good is a DD then? Just heard a commercial on the radio that said, "ride drunk and get pulled over...."

Really?

Were they talking about riding bikes? I definitely saw one of my upstanding friends from north of the north gates get a DWI on a bike on State Street one night.

I've always wondered what the interlock system looks like on a bike.

Operating anything drunk can get you a DWI- even a bike. Let's say you are drunk and peddling home. You ride out in front of a car. Car swerves to avoid hitting you. Car is wrecked. You are now responsible AND drunk.

Yep. Even a horse. The argument that the "technically the horse was driving" doesn't work.

That's what I heard.

From a friend.

This thread is dumber than the fact the King of New Orleans lives in Baton Rouge.

In TN, if you allow another to drive your vehicle and you're riding impaired, if the driver is charged with a DUI, you can be charged as well.
