I have a friend that got a DWI on a horse, way back in the 90's.
Riding a bicycle drunk will get you a DWI, but its not as bad as getting a DWI in a car.

In some states if you the owner of the car and the driver blows .08 you can be arrested.

No, but thanks to MADD's creative way of keeping stats on "alcohol-related" accidents and deaths, if you have a glass of wine at dinner, then catch a cab home and on the way home, as your cab is crossing a bridge with 100 other cars on it, the bridge collapses and 100 people die, the fact that you were involved in the accident in any way and had any alcohol whatsoever in your blood means that all 100 deaths are counted as "alcohol-related" traffic deaths.

Holy shite. I would think anytime you're drunk and you come in contact with the Police there's a chance you could go to jail.

It means if you are riding a drunk sorostitute you can get a RWI, unless it's a true slumpbuster situation.
