That lady owned that dude and convinced me not to buy that property. There’s no access except through his property and he sounds like a piece of work to have as a nabor.

So far, no one has noted the address of Sulphur rock. Any well that goes into or through "sulphur rock" is going to have water that smells like Sulphur.

OTOH if the buyer is prone to flatulence, it could be a good thing.

Technology is more to blame. He grew up using text language and phonetics and likely does not read much.

He's from Batesville.

I know some people from Batesville. When I was reading the OP, before I saw where he was from, I was reminded of those people.

Arkansas has some seriously uneducated, stupid people.

I'd say there is at least a 50% chance the post already has a dose of Ken M. Either the OP or the lady commenting is trolling

I'm a grammar nazi, so that was agonizing to read. The responses weren't much better. I think "nabor" was my favorite.

It's probably more of a product of several generations of careless inbreeding.

The seller seems like a nice feller but that land is too hilly for me. I intend to cut 5 centers in the turkey shoot and get me enough money for a piece of bottom land.
