Memphis, always one of the most dangerous cities in America

I'm in Old Town and can honestly say that I have never felt threatened or unsafe once.

...that is because Northerners are racist fricks and their cities are extremely segregated.

just spent a week in downtown chicago. went all over the downtown and north sides and my wife and i couldnt believe how nice everything was.

the south side is a warzone but every city has a bad part. the burbs are fine. Old Town and north of downtown were very nice. love the city

Dang. What is Delaware like?

I've been to Wilmington a few times. It's where many large corporations call home because of favorable tax law.

It is super sketchy and violent

One of many well managed Democrat dominated cities. And based on the responses in this thread, it's obvious that the cops keep the thugs confined to the South side away from the liberal elites.

Chester, PA is always high on these types of lists. Why is that? Anyone ever been there?

Driving from Philly to Wilmington and I95 got shut down because of a tractor trailer wreck.

Rerouted through Chester and it was about an hour or two of stop and go to get through.

Pucker factor of 8/10, and I'm familiar with hood in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, and I'm not scared to death of black people.

That place is a shite hole.

Raygene Jackson, 38, was murdered on Sunday, but according to Escalante, he should have still been safely in jail and not walking the streets.

“I don’t mean to victimize this victim any further, this man lost his life,” Escalante said. “But our frustration is, in 1995 he was sentenced to 46 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for a murder. In 1995. He was paroled last year. How and why he’s on the street, I don’t know. But if he was still serving his sentence, he wouldn’t be a murder victim right now.”

Well, that sure is a strange way to look at things.
