Is Bulargatha a good name for a girl?

My wife and I are discussing names for girls just in case we have a little girl in the future. Bulargatha is a pretty cute and unique name. We’re thinking we’ll call her Bullie for short? We something unique instead of trying to fit in and copy everyone else.
