Not sure about being unprofessional, but most real meat heads are insufferable folks with personality issues.

I know this is a troll thread, but I do think it’s funny when bigger guys pretend like they can’t find clothes that fit and look like clowns in skin tight shirts and slacks

of course and i dont know many family men that are extreme into bodybuilding that arent coaches

but you could get what most people consider swole and ripped going to the gym 3-4x per week. or in a garage gym

This sounds like excuses I hear from grown men all the time. You can make plenty of time to take care of yourself and not have it interfere with anything you’ve mentioned. If you were training for a competition, sure. The average guy working out daily, you have plenty of time.

i do agree with this too

1) you still have to be a good husband, father and provider

2) it takes much less time than people like to think

3) go at times when others are sleeping or at work. like lunch, in the morning or later at night like 8pm

most people i know that say they dont have time tend to not have nearly as much going on as I do and always have plenty of time to know the latest and greatest tv show, everything going on in politics, and all the gossip in the friend group

i would say 80% of americans that are overweight watch atleast 1 hour of tv daily. and thats conservative.

what say you mingo? what percentage you think watches atleast an hour?

Yeah I have time. I’m just lazy and undisciplined and would rather spend a couple hours in the bar than a couple hours in the gym. I’ve made peace with unhealthy lifestyle.

Being fat and unhealthily makes your body ache every waking minute of your existence

A no nonsense work out is 1hr 20m, cardio included.

(Not directed at you, OP)
Everyone has time but they don’t value themselves enough to invest that time.

How in the hell can you take care of and provide for your family if you can’t even take care of yourself?

Oh and “swole” doesn’t mean meathead and roids.

I don’t care what you take, if you aren’t eating right and putting in the work, you won’t get the results. There are no magic pills.

Having a muscular build isn’t meathead. People use these terms to disparage because they can’t fricking do it.

A completely subjective characterization that can very wildly amongst individuals.

You can very easily be “swole” working out 4 times a week with good diet and genetics on your side. It doesn’t take hours in the gym daily. When I competed I didn’t even spend an hour in the gym daily. Diet is way more important.
