Are u talking about being juiced bro? I have almost 20 inch guns, we’re over that when I was a gym rat but never attempted to be what we called “swole” which was basically obtained by using massive amounts of steroids in a routine which causes the muscles to grown abnormally and also retain a lot of water which makes them look huge. Sammy Sosa etc
You could easily, very very easily tell who was juicing. Also these huge bulbous creatures were not nearly as strong as they looked. (The big kinda fat ish bear looking guys were always 10 times stronger, like on worlds strongest men) if they went nuts with it their faces or heads would start to look gorillish. Even at my most gym rat manic self, I wasn’t sticking needles into my legs and arse daily. (Didn’t have the creams etc back then think god)
It’s not really a like that appeals to most people and it’s considered redneck or low class in business and industry

I’ve got noodle arms, spaghetti legs, and a bowling ball stomach.
BUT as a KARATE MAN, I only bleed on the inside!

From what I can see people only seem to take “issue with” is the bodybuilder types
In addition to body builder physique, you have the worlds strongest man types. I wouldnt want to be either.
I used to love watching the World's Strongest man on ESPN 2 back in the day, but I wouldnt want to be that big.

Yet the board is soft on druggies and alcoholics and hard on people who spend an hour a day in the gym
This board isn’t soft on anyone

The only people who talk shite about dudes who do regular workouts are trolls

how long do you spend hanging out in your garage?
I spend about 90 minutes every other day in my garage gym. That leaves me 162 hours a week for sleep, work, family time. And everything else that I need to do.
People can get a great workout in 30-60 minutes. Anybody claiming they can't find 3 hours in a week to excercise are full of it.
You can get a great workout in without any equipmemt just using bodyweight.
And for the OP...I wouldn't want to be a bodybuilder either, but I would rather look like Cbum than Jack Black.

Why is there this fascination with non athletes to not be able to fit into normal clothes? This isn’t how you get ahead in this world.
My guns are not small, I would describe them as larger than average. One could even say I am ‘swole’. With that said, they fit perfectly fine into my wife beater, which I would refer to as “normal clothes.”

If I see someone "swole" it lets me know they aren't lazy and work harder than 90% of the population.
I see the exact opposite doing tren is not something to be celebrated

‘Splain this desire for 20” guns to me OT?
I was really considering where you were coming from and that you might be serious
…then you used ”Splain”

Might have to go to gym for a few weeks and take you up on that challenge just out of curiosity Ryno. Lol.
Of course, I can still hear my old football coach saying “JC son you have those damn gorilla arms and you still can’t block anyone?” I guess you just need to work on your fricking holding skills or something.
