The law agrees that that is sexual assault. Someone "shite house drunk" is incapable of giving consent...like a 9 year old is incapable.
A girl is drunk - completely defenseless
A guy is drunk - cold, calculated, cognizant rapist

Guy is passed out drunk and another guy has sex with him- completely defenseless... Agreed?

So who sexually assaulted who?
Did the drunk guy rape the drunk girl? Or the drunk girl rape the drunk guy?

I would love to get some women from the Congo and some of these online warriors in the same room and share some stories.
Congo woman: "I was raped when I was 10 cause I was a virgin and there is a superstition that having sex with a virgin will cure HIV. I then had my clitoris removed with a machete when I was 12 because it is the custom of my tribe "
Typical American woman posting the me too bullshite on fb: "One time a guy stared at my breasts in my seriously low cut top for a whole 30 seconds, making me feel so violated"

I'm not trying to marginalize actual rape. I'm just saying that it's never 2 way street in those situations. The guy is always 100% to blame by default.

Like OMG like he was LITERALLY raping you.

I hear you. But if I guy has drank so much they are incapable of consenting..they are probably incapable of raping.
The law is there to protect those truly incapable. Not someone with a buzz full of regret the next morning.
I have often said their is a huge difference between "regret" and "violation."
And I'm sure we all agree violation is wrong.

Which is exactly what these SJWs are calling "rape".

Well, what do we consider the point of being "incapable of consent"? A man can be completely drunk and not have whiskey dick. He can be manipulated into sex yet if he tries to take that to court, he'll be denied. Men are behind the 8 ball by default when it comes to drunken hookups.

My problem with this is it's just a trendy internet meme for people to rally behind for a few days until the next tragedy/outrage distracts us. The world keeps turning and nothing changes.

Okay..... So I'll ask again...
Guy has a 0.2 bac.
Girl has a 0.2 bac.
They frick.
Who raped who? Neither can give consent as they are intoxicated. Yet they fricked. Wake up in the morning and girl doesn't like it?
Guy gets arrested, kicked out of school, life ruined.
What if the guy wakes up and doesn't like it? Can he file rape? Will the school kick the girl out? Will she be arrested? Her name drug through the mud?
This situation happens all the time. Yet only one side wins the arguement.

It's the tragic flag filter du jour . It means nothing. The ultimate look at me virtue signal.
I have women very near and dear to me that have been victims of actual, extreme sexual violence by evil men.
It is a slap in the face to have these cünts who got catcalled or flirted with by men they deemed beneath them act like they know what kind of mental damage actual sexual assault does.

Being catcalled or guys hitting on a girl when it's unwanted is harrassment, not assault. When a guy has slapped me on the arse or grabbed my boob(s) as i'm walking through a crowd, that's a little more assaulty to me.

So as a guy...you know this. Why would you take a chance? If she is .20 and you have sex with her. And she claims rape...I have no sympathy for you.
If the guy is .20 and runs over a female .20...would you cut him some slack?
It's a stupid arguement. It's illegal to have sex with someone too drunk to consent. Don't do it. Whether you are drunk or not.

Well what goes as sexual assault was considered the game of getting to first base, second base, third base and home plate in the 1970's. What goes as harassment today was considered flirting back then.
If they don't want to be harassed, don't dress like a whore and make me sit through Sex In the City. I might get the wrong idea.

I'm not talking about .08.
I'm talking about too drunk too consent. If a guy can get it up and complete the act...he is not too drunk to consent.

More assaulty, sure. And pretty shitty.
Still not rape.
That's like saying if I punch someone in the nose it's murder.
There's a reason we have different words for different things and lumping them all together is asinine.
Same thing with someone that gets charged with public urination being put on the sex offender list with pedophiles.

This is what a guy who is too drunk to consent looks like;

You have sex with this guy...you are a rapist.
