I’m ready for Christmas to be here because that means we will only have one more week left of the hell that is 2020.

I love Christmas but that is the time of year I like staying in and hanging around with family. Since I have been doing that for months I am just ready to go to the beach.

Dear Friend,

I have been celebrating Christmas in July for the last week. I secretly brought down a Walmart tree I got on 90% clearance in January and decorated it in my closet, where Mother rarely goes. She is a traditionalist so would scold me if she found it. I actually started a thread on TulaneLSU’s Top 10 films based on A Christmas Carol just two days ago on the Arts Board. May your season be merry.

Compliments of Christmas,
TulaneLSU

Flying up into the Great White North sounds great right now since my AC has been down since Thursday.

We could all use a little Christmas right now.

Cooler temperatures for sure.

This.

I've already done my shopping, at least the big gifts. Just waiting for it to ship. My son already knows what it is, and we have plenty of magazines for it. I might still wrap it and make him wait
