It was in no way similar to Iraq. These people are actively developing nuclear weapons unlike Iraq. They are actively attacking tankers, ships, and military installations. And they were organizing and orchestrating attacks on our embassy. An embassy is sovereign soil. The legally orchestrated an attack against American soil.
All of these are dramatically different and more provocative/incendiary than what Iraq did

I haven’t seen anyone say that the missles actually hit anything. It’s always worded as “targeted” or “against” the airbases.
