If true then it’s not guilty. No way they found him guilty in a few hours.

My prediction: Guilty.

She said jurors said they had a verdict at 641. That is pretty damn specific.
Get your bets down, baws.
Mine is, with regret, not guilty. Never hoped to be wrong more than this, but that is what my gut says.

Super quick is usually not a good sign for the defendant. I’m surprised they didn’t have a single question to come back in and ask the judge.

Calling everyone back now.

Yep, a family member said Brett on Fox News just did breaking news-- verdict is in.
Will it be an hour? Or were the lawyers/family all nearby?

i'm thinking the quick verdict in this case means guilty can't imagine every single juror was not guilty to begin with!

Maybe so. I’ve been on juries with MUCH less evidence and we usually ask to have some of the evidence reread or physical evidence brought to us to look at again.

may not be the best but it had the split screen during the trial to watch Ellick.

Good point. It’s a pretty damn big decision. I’m very surprised at the quickness.

Holy crap law and crime SC lawyer saying he thinks guilty because it was so quick.
I say NOT GUILTY, because let's get real. The entire jury knows the Murdaugh's. They have been bribing the town for 100 years.

If I was a betting man, I’d say he’s going to be ruled innocent due to lack of evidence.
Also, if I was a betting man, I’d bet that he actually is the murderer.

I haven't followed this that closely, but my goodness, this is quick especially since some of the jurors seemed moved when AM testified. I can't imagine this will be a not guilty verdict.
