I think you're mistaken. The video with all three of their voices was time stamped at 8:45. Paul and Maggie's cell phones both stopped showing activity at 8:49.

Ok, yes, gotcha. l misread that about the timeline.

It’s cold blooded that this guy would have conversations with them only to kill them minutes later. But if they were both killed at 8:49, then the 16 minute interval was ample time for disposal before heading out to his mom’s house.

CNN talks around circumstantial evidence and lists the three things that they consider strong.

There don't seem to be any 'leaks' from the Harpotlian law offices.

Tuesday and the Defense continues after their brief time Friday.
Buster is expected to testify for his Father according to CNN
quote:

The defense wasted no time calling up two witnesses Friday, but they have a long list or witnesses. Murdaugh’s lawyers haven’t given any indication publicly if the disbarred attorney will take the stand, but his doing so would allow him to explain some of the evidence prosecutors have presented.

And an article to define who his girlfriend is.
quote:

So who is Brooklynn White? According to some reports, she owns a condo in Hilton Head, S.C., which would make sense. Like the Murdaugh family, she was also interested in law and order. A Juris Doctor Candidate at the South Carolina School of Law, White attended the University of Alabama, where she graduated with a B.A. in political science in 2018.

quote:

The 26-year-old likely met the Murdaughs through her studies in law and time working in different law firms throughout the county. And for any member of the Delta Zeta sorority, White is your sister. She’s also volunteered with the Special Olympics and the Miracle League of Tuscaloosa.

Another juror eats it

A juror who started as an alternate and was called up to the main 12 has now fallen by the wayside... feeling ill and now at the doctor's

Down to the 12 with just 2 alternates left out of the 6 alternates which started the trial

Defense says they'll be done by C.O.B. Friday

If I’m the prosecution, I play the kennel video and ask Buster to identify all the voices on the video. Leave it at that…lol

those are good summaries. I caught the tail end when Buster was saying something about what clothes he saw his dad in?

there was an older Daily Mail UK article that Buster said ...

quote:

But when approached by DailyMail.com at the home he shares with long-term girlfriend Brooklyn White, also 26, in South Carolina's Hilton Head Island, this week Murdaugh's sole surviving heir gave the first glimpse into his mindset.

Responding emotionally to DailyMail.com's enquiry, 'Presumably you're supporting your father?' he replied, 'You have no right to presume anything.'

And he was adamant as he said, 'I don't want to see it written anywhere that I'm supporting my father.'

has anything changed since this? has it always been presumed just because he just testified for the defense, does not mean he thinks his father is innocent?

He allegedly flipped-off the lawyer representing the girl killed in the boat accident when it was brought up that Buster gave Paul his ID to buy alcohol.

I suppose that can be seen as not technically supporting Alex, but he's definitely pro-Murdaugh. IMO, he's not going to publicly support Alex because his girlfriend doesn't want to deal with the blowback.

What is the status of Buster's readmission to a law school, any law school?

Expert witness says the shooter who killed Maggie was ~5'2" and shooting from the hip

Also said Alex shooting from a kneeling position is still too tall

Came to that determination using the trajectories of the bullets that went into the quail pen & dog kennel as well as location of spent casings marked by investigators

The shooter was shooting from a kneeling position from three feet range is odd but whatever.

The only thing that maybe makes sense---- spit balling big time is:

That day or the days before Maggie & Paul discovered the large amount of pills, evidence of cartel like drug smuggling. Maggie looked up on the internet 30mgs oxycodone?

A huge drug operation was going to be exposed. Many would be caught up in it. But mostly AM's shame because he was no longer the respected on the up and up lawyer & father.

It was to be a contract hit of all 3 of them-- (motive: Alex already tried this)

AM knew he was no doubt going to prison for life and Paul facing possibly 5 years. Buster would get 10 mil in insurance. It is why AM always insisted Buster go to law school.

The paid shooter maybe 5 ft 6, 5 ft 8-a dirty gang/cartel member--- not a cousin Eddie---

On their one knee shooter position killed Paul, & Maggie started screaming of course.

So the shooter walked to the wooden gun rack grabbed another preloaded gun and shot Maggie as always intended.

The original plan was the paid shooter take out Paul, Maggie & Alex (It had to be a paid hit because AM couldn't shoot an ailing/lame dog)

AM chickens out and hides and is not with Paul & Maggie in the kennels.

Alex chickens out and the paid killer leaves by foot with the murder weapons... Through the woods to a 4wheeler path with a 4wheeler waiting.

As well as Alex brushing the footprints away with a shovel/hose in the kennels-- or something, it was raining.

AM even tells the contract killer to make it look semi sloppy- unprofessional like the pissed off kids involved in the boat accident did it...

He doesn't have bloody clothes because he wasn't the shooter and stood/hid from a distance because he couldn't watch.

AM high tails it to his -alzheimer ridden moms house, throws Maggies phone, disposes of the tarp-which was used for an unknown reason? to maybe wrap the guns in on the 4wheeler?

They wanted it to look like two guns were used because of random grabbing preloaded guns? Alex changes clothes just in case of residue, and leaves in 20 minutes.

Not sure but I guess the attempt paying of $60,000 to get him back in raised a lot of questions. He should pick another profession because people will view him and not trust him.

And by laying into you mean making more credible b/c he couldn't get the expert flustered or waiver off his numbers

The guy is guilty as frick, even if his red headed step son said he is innocent. He will likely get out of this due to some technicality, but will still be in prison for the rest of his life for his financial crimes.

Defense head lawyer Harpootlian demonstrates how a blackout gun, the kind that killed Maggie Murdaugh, is held. And that fits into the short shooter testimony of his witness.

This particular 300 Blackout rifle belongs to Buster Murdaugh.
