Hills Prescription Diet has wet food versions.
Also use filtered water in the bowl (we do that with our cat, who had some UTI issues before we adopted him, and he's doing well).

VETS keep recommending me for that when I take mine in. It really is over-priced garbage. My folks were feeding my tabby the dry version of that when I was in college. Pretty sure it was why he kept blowing up in size.
