The more I hear from environmentalists and the more I read on borderline personality disorder, the less confused I feel.

Why don’t these people ever lead by example?

The world's population is about to decline naturally simply due to birth rates in industrialized countries.

I vaguely remember deriving the Malthusian model for population growth in Dif-Eq and IIRC the stable global population based on birth and death rates at the time and current resources is ~12.5 billion around 2055. That is, we level off at 12.5 billion.

People are just too congregated. Sure if you drive through BR or Houston or NYC it feels like there's too many people. But you can drive hours out west without ever seeing another person. And I'm sure there are places all over the world like that

I would be interested to see which races of people in the US are having the most children, on average.

Jane Goodall might be getting canceled here with the quickness. Racist piece of monkey crap.

No way we get that high. Populations are about to significantly decline in Europe and Asia. As there's less consumption in those countries, it will put pressure on most of the Arab world due to less demand for oil, so their birth rates will decline naturally. Africa will continue to grow in population until they reach the boundaries of their agricultural production.

I saw a video, which may have been parody though I don't think it was, where a progressive environmentalist college student was saying that we need to reduce farming because it's the #1 contributor of greenhouse gases. These people need to be saved from themselves...they are so consumed by their radical environmental religion that they simply cannot play out the impact of their ridiculous positions.

(I feel like I've seen at least 15 things that are "the #1 contributor to global warming")

Just think if just in the US the population was reduced by 100 million. That would solve a lot of problems.

Yeah because without those 100 million people, the 200 million left would be so much better off because life always happens in a vacuum. Some of you people are so smooth brained its ridiculous.

Thanos was the good guy.

Thanos was a dumbass. He could have used the stones to create infinite resources for everyone instead of wiping out 50% of the Universe's population.

One of those people that some of you want to see not born may be the person that cures cancer, is able to harness fusion power, is able to control gravity, or discovers a way to travel faster than light.

Do you recall the name of the person who harnessed fire, discovered agriculture, invented the plow, or invented the wheel ? What if our ancestors believed like some of these eco-climate zealots do today ?
