10Anyone have any good recommendations that pair well with chocolate on/mct/chocolate primal collagen/creatine?
I'm trying a few flavors from Starbucks now, they are okay. Pike (not the island) is my favorite as now.

All of this extra protein is really not that good for you, especially if you are a little older or have kidney issues.

Protein is not good for older people? I just drank eight raw eggs and a half pot of coffee for breakfast.
Is that not good protein wise?

Agree, most of it alone are nasty, but mixed in a shake it compliments the chocolate flavoring.
