This all sounds like a bunch of bs to me.
Personally, I look at it this way. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Don't be a racist. Don't be an a-hole. Treat people fairly. Love everyone. Judge them by their personal character, and not by their skin color.
If you do that then you will always be cool in my book.
