We got back from NYC last week. I just got around to unpacking and this little guy crawled out from under my clothes. I can’t find anymore in the suitcase or around beds/furniture. It seems too big to be a bed bug. It’s approximately 12.7 mm long and has relatively long legs. If not a bed bug, what is it?

If that is a bed bug, probably a world record regarding size.

Reddit has a good resource for bug identification.

Doesn't look like a bed bug to me, but I am no bedbugologist.

Not a bed bug.

Simpler way is to crush one and see if the remains smell like blood or not.

Far too big to be a bedbug... 100% certainty it is a German cockroach (hope you didnt bring anymore home or they'll be hell to get rid of by the 3rd generation).
