You clearly don't understand the law. That boy is going to jail. No matter what instigated it, the second he is passed out, it's over. Any damage after that is negligent and crimminal.

Progressives understand the law. Thats why they made it their mission to put progressive judges in place so the law doesn't matter.

I get what you’re saying, but when adrenaline takes over in a situation like that it’s like emptying a pistol

Which is fine, but just understand you will and should be charged with a crime. There was absolutely no threat when he was wailing on his unconscious body

But there’s clear arguments even for the unconscious part.

#1. It’s hard to tell from the video if in fact the guy was unconscious or at what point he ever was. And if he was, what caused it? The beating? Or passing out from whatever his blood alcohol content was?

#2. Given that each person was treated and released, the injuries are minimal. Minimal injuries means the beating after the video stopped not have risen to the standard of attempted murder.

People in this thread think a guy was beaten while unconscious and left in a coma with permanent brain damage. None of that happened. Give opinions based on the facts.

This animal was beating an unconscious man, stopped to slam a woman to the ground, and went back to beating an unconscious person

This is more like emptying a magazine on a dead man then reloading and emptying another magazine

It sounds like you are saying that blacks are so mentally weak and lack any modicum of mental maturity that a mere word can send them into a blind murderous rage. If that is the case then we should segregate them from society.

Many of us would just laugh or ignore the word. I’ve seen videos posted here (like the drunk Kentucky coed) where the response from the black person is

Being called the n-word isn’t on my list of things that would drive me to murder.

Can someone be charged with attempted murder even where there is no injury?

Right. I’m not saying attempted murder is definitely the appropriate charge here, but that posters reasoning and logic is all kinds of fricked up.
