I don't even know what you are asking.
You, however, completely dodged my question that I asked you 3 different times.
Of course.
Is that what you think the difference would be? Half of what we are currently seeing? And if so, can you give me specific policies that drove inflation another 3.5%?

So no difference in 10% inflation and 20%?
Of course.

Every POTUS in modern history would have done exactly what Trump did with the stimulus packages. And Trump would have also passed another stimulus had he been re-elected.
And they all would have been wrong.

We all knew hyper inflation was coming after both Trump stimulus packages.
We've been on this trajectory for the last two decades. The timing is just coincidental.

So its weird how any mention of blame towards Trump gets shouted down in these threads.
Try this on the Poli Board. I'm convinced that 60% of the posters there would suck Trump's pecker if he asked them to. Seriously.

I'll answer this right after you tell me how you arrived to the conclusion it would be exactly the same. Something tells me you aren't going to though

I feel like a lot of inflation is due to supply chain issues and he for sure would have done better than the current administration on that
Trump had no power to prevent the supply chain and labor issues. Governors, state legislators and foreign governments are responsible for that.

got it. what i’ve learned in this thread is that we can pretty much pin the entirety of inflation on the previous administration and if that isn’t a ‘one size fit all’, blame COVID

I already did. Twice.
I think that the over printing of money is the main driver of this current hyperinflation and I believe that Trump would have passed another stimulus package that rivaled Biden's, thus causing the same level of hyper inflation we are currently seeing.
I also think that the supply issues are also a major driver and Trump, nor Biden would have much power over that since most of that is overseas manufacturing fricked up due to their own COVID bullshite.

ohh and that we are BIG mad that anyone mentions Trump’s name. Although not one of us has defended his spending

I 100% believe we would be experiencing hyper inflation under Trump right now if you want to say it would be 1/2 point lower and call that a gotcha, go ahead lnch but hyper inflation is hyper inflation IMO
We are a long way off from hyperinflation lol

I mean Biden isn't the best but anything is better than having a self proclaimed pussy grabber in the white house. At least we aren't being laughed at by Europe now.

See, you subtly allow for differences even in your "answer." You don't think it would be exactly the same. And you've also yet to answer why you think gas prices costs of goods, etc would be just as high under Trump as they are under Biden.

because most of what we saw in 2021 was due to 2020 disruptions and policy
and that isn't blaming it all on Trump, most of it wasn't his fault
the world went mad and we are now seeing the consequence of the madness

how else am I supposed to take his absurd hyperbolized summary of this thread?

I want to know when the Biden presidency starts. I've asked a bunch of times on this site and have NEVER got an answer.
I don't know why the regressives are so happy about the last election.
According to EVERY ONE OF THEM Trump is still president.

I didn't even mention trump in my post on the first page but when I bring up bad shite fricking up the economy in 2020 which has clearly trickled into 2021 its a bunch of name calling and "your fault you voted for it" rehashed rhetoric.

I don't even know what that post means honestly
