So things like cost of good and fuel prices don't factor into inflation for you?

of course they do

That would make it not the same, which if you're honest with yourself you would agree with. You won't agree though, because you do you things.

Dude. What? That is me asking you a question.

Trump lowered taxes and advocated printing more money and openly talked about it. No president has openly opposed fed and tried to influence monetary policy he did.

No president has ever had hundreds of millions in revolving lines of credit based on asset prices either. He was purposely propping up prices so his debt wasn't called. He has done this multiple times in his past which is why his companies filed for bankruptcy.

All of this. He leveraged his casino in bankruptcy with this skewed line of economic thinking, and the math says the house always wins. He fricked all of us, bigly. The way some of y'all want to deny this is painful, and shows how deep, and to the core, your bias is.

I refuse to believe you think the policies Trump had and the policies Biden instituted would have the same exact results. There's just no way you actually think that.

POTUS still has to sign the legislation even though the house wrote it.

Let's not forget while all of this happened, he wanted negative rates to be implemented as well

Plenty just in his first 100 days List

Even for the OT, this is just a hilarious argument.

You think gas costs what it does now under Trump?

This thread is a good glimpse into the left winger mindset. We have a democrat president, house and senate yet somehow the current inflation is Trump’s fault

Is it any wonder the dumb twits don't know their arse from a hole in the ground?

Just like they blamed everything bad during Obama's time on W.

I love that simple facts get downvoted here

Oh and every good thing from Trump was because of Obama polices. Maybe I just imagine all those posts and articles though

I feel like a lot of inflation is due to supply chain issues and he for sure would have done better than the current administration on that

tell me how vaccine mandates and rent exemptions (Trump started BTW) drive inflation?

the child tax credit probably gets into Trumps 3rd stimulus, so

Inflation is a lagging indicator.

Blame 2022 and beyond fully on Biden. But Trump gets at least 50/50 blame for 2021 inflation.

I have no idea why this upsets y'all so much. I can pull those stimulus threads from 2020 with many of y'all predicting exactly what happened

Only reason i wanted Trump to win was so he had 0 avoidance in getting full blame for the clusterfrick he created. I had 0 reason to want Biden to win

Because no one is arguing there would be zero inflation with Trump still as president. You just had to do the you thing and say it would be no different, which I still think there is no way you actually believe it.

I 100% believe we would be experiencing hyper inflation under Trump right now

if you want to say it would be 1/2 point lower and call that a gotcha, go ahead lnch

but hyper inflation is hyper inflation IMO

I love that you just won't directly answer me

So no difference in 10% inflation and 20%?
