If only houston would do the same. Hospitalizations are holding steady at where they were in May. Our r(t) is in the .6's and our positivity rate is in like the 3%s

I don’t know what the hell Louisiana is waiting on. Unemployment fund is almost empty, federal money isn’t coming, and lots of shutdown businesses won’t be paying much taxes if any. I don’t know know what the governor here thinks is gonna happen keeping life unnecessarily restricted.
