That's the most unreal accidental shooting I've ever seen. Why even pull your gun?

FWIW, I'm not against cops in any way. I think their job has got to be the single hardest one in our society and I'm glad there are people willing to do it. This ole baw just messed up.

Again, cops are held to a lower standard than your average Joe

"Accidental" my arse. The cop pulled his weapon, aimed it, and pulled the trigger.

Pretty good aim for an "accidental" shooting.

Is this the one where the victim killed his wife in the accident?

I'm guessing they just thought the guy was a POS for getting drunk and driving...his wife died on the scene (not sure who was driving though).

frick though, why even pull your gun?

But despite his claim that the shooting was accidental, Feaster never mentioned to the responding paramedics and officers that he had shot Thomas until more than ten minutes after their arrival. And only because another officer noticed he had been shot and was preparing to dispatch officers to the bar where Thomas and his wife had been drinking to see if he had been shot there.

If true the officer should be hit with worst available sentencing.

They both died, she's blurred out in the video. Said the cops didn't even know how he got shot at first. They thought he was shot at the bar.

I bet that was awkward. 10 minutes later...I shot him...why?

Accidental shooting is a term I hate. Once the gun is in your hands every movement made is calculated.

All I know is that if I ever accidentally shoot someone, I hope I have the mental faculties to smoothly put the gun away and keep strolling like this boss did.

There's a YouTube video hosted by that website and you can hear the cop say, after he looks down into the car with the shot guy...we have a suspect here that refuses to get out of the car.

Open and shite case, the two drinks are dead, but damn that guy is callous for just shooting someone damn near in the face.

Notice how he keeps walking around shining his flashlight at the ground... he's trying to find that shell casing.

That was an incredible shot. He needs to count his blessings, retire, and get into competitive shooting. That guy has natural talent.

Maybe the Feds will prosecute for violating his civil rights? Nah, probably not.
