She's not shy about her plastic surgery.

No mystery, she openly talks about getting plastic surgery.

Is this a private donation out of her own pocket or part of her charitable foundations efforts to raise funds for the wildfire victims?

Dollywood Foundation

Either way, it is awesome to see someone leverage their celebrity for good.

Her Imaginary Library intiative is pretty cool.

Imagination Library...the "Imaginary Library" is where I spend a lot of my time at school...well...it was more of a bar than a library.

Here's her high school pic. She's always had generous proportions but she appears to have had some enhancement since then.

and yeah, she's a natural brunette

So, she started the initiative as a promise to the people in her home county that she would give a book a month to every child from birth until 5 years old so that they'd have something to read. It blew up and expanded to the entire state of Tennessee.

My son is 4 months old, and we just got his first book from Dolly's charity. Like someone said above, she has been really good for Tennessee

She just donated an additional $3 Million of her own money to be dolled out over the next 3 years.

Does that make the $9,000,000 fake or something? She gave more to one cause in one donation than every donation you'll ever make in your lifetime.

I think it was in the late 70's Johnny Carson was interviewing her and said something along the lines of "I'd give up a year's salary to have a peek under there (her blouse)."

I always liked Dolly. She seems like good folk.

20-25 years ago, when she was still in her 40s, yeah...

Now...ehhh, maybe not...

ETA: in the spirit of the OP, everything I've heard about Dolly is that she's a stand-up broad, and generous to a fault. And she's a helluva good songwriter as well.

Dolly Parton is a person who truly loves the area where she is from and has always embraced it. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville is what it is today due to her.
