Tanger mall is on the down and out. Malls are dying. 25% are closing at an alarming rate. Forget it.

It's ok, it would do well when new, but then that will fade.

But it's still needs to be considered when comparing products.

Agreed. I’ve only been to shake shack once, and it was absolutely delicious, but I paid $7 for a burger that was smaller than a $3 in n out single cheeseburger.

I know a $3 or $4 price difference isn’t going to break the bank, but when comparing products, shake shack really operates in a different segment than in n out.

Whataburger had too many “whatcha want?” People working the drive thrus. When I lived in BR and heard that, I would just leave and take my business elsewhere.

Used to live a block away from an In and Out in AZ and drove past it to go to Whataburger

In N Out has a steadfast rule about locations not being further than 300 miles from their distribution centers. So, unless you hear about one of those being opened anywhere near where you are, a location isn't happening.

In N Out has a lot in common with Chick Fil A. Both are run by people with strong Christian beliefs. (In N Out is known for having bible verses on their cups, napkins, etc.) Both pay much better than their competitors and as a result, tend to have much better employees / managers. I love both but neither are an "end all / be all" experience. If I'm hungry and I'm by one that doesn't have an insanely long line (VERY rare with In N Out, sadly) I'm stopping. So, anytime someone yells BOYCOTT, I'm like...bring it, bitches.

In-n-out offers a $7 fast food burger. For what it is, it's not bad. It's probably not my favorite but if you were expecting something life-altering that's really on you.

A big part of their appeal is they only use fresh ingredients (don't freeze anything) and their customer service is A++++ as far as fast food goes

Which one is that? A double-double is like $4.

I’m currently at shake shack. Two burgers, a fry, a coke, and a beer was $24. It’s not like shake shack is expensive. Without the beer it would have been $18 for two people.

In-n-Out is completely overrated. Give me Whataburger over In-n-Out every day of the week and twice on Sundays since I can't get Chick Fil A that day.

I agree with every word of this.

$24 for fast food is laughable.
