I hope security is VERY tight.
It's also a demonstration of faith and appreciation for New Orleans IMO.

President Trump plans to attend Sunday’s Super Bowl in New Orleans, becoming the first sitting commander-in-chief to attend America’s biggest annual sporting event, The Post has learned.
The planned presence of Trump, 78, at the Caesars Superdome was first reported by Punchbowl News and confirmed by federal law enforcement sources.
The president’s attendance will necessitate an extra layer of security, with the game taking place 39 days after an ISIS-inspired terrorist drove a truck through crowds celebrating New Year’s Eve on Bourbon Street, killing 14 people and injuring dozens more.

Yeah don't think anyone in that building is bypassing security.
The TV ratings are going to be record breaking for this game.....I pray that Entergy figured out how to keep the fricking lights on.

More people will tune in to watch this Superbowl than ever before despite it being two teams that most of the country seem to dislike.
The updates to the Superdome will show very well on camera and to the visitors. I hope the local utilities can keep the electricity running.

my daughter(no pics,) used to work for the Cowboys and she worked the Super Bowl when it was at Jerry World, security was a pita, I turned down a free ticket just to not have to put up with it

They will be typical super bowl ratings
Probably slightly worse than usual because nobody outside of Philly and KC wanted this game

Well yes they did. But I think it’s great that he is going. He likes football.

It is. Something could happen outside the dome, but not inside the perimeter.

Gonna get interesting in there when the dome's lights shut off because of an Entergy grid failure.

They brought in TSA personnel to do security checks at the Bama/UGA game last fall when he was there and they were pretty efficient in my experience.

Ummm, if I was a fan at an event during these crazy times, I’d take any extra security being offered.

Oh don't say that. They'll embarrass everyone again.

Had a friend whose little business had to make a delivery to the dome last time the Super Bowl was here. It was crazy how many hoops he had to jump through to be able to deliver.
He had to go to an offsite location to get his vehicle screened and then went through a bunch more stuff when arriving at the dome.
This is going to be insane logistics wise all weekend downtown.

I’m working the game inside the dome
Security to get in for us is insane. Maybe they knew this was likely for him to attend.
