recap of the top 3 worst suggestions with an estimated time of capture:

1. hide in the panic room of the house you currently own (they can't get in there...that's what a panic room is for)--10 minutes

2. hide in the walls of the house that you currently own (but you'll be very quiet)--20 minutes

3. hide in a deer stand on your dad's property (but the property is big and far away)--2 hours

Then think of something else. Or better yet, just play along.

I am playing along. The ability to hide is dependent on others ability/drive to find you.

Look back and you will see I proposed two viable evasive tactics.

Yes, 99% of the worlds population would notice it and laugh, thats not your problem. It the 1% including everyone that lives within 200 miles of you and the thousands of professional trackers who would do it for free. Thats not even talking about local authorities.

If you make it 24 hours you would get freelance black suits and specialized search teams bankrolled by private investors flying in with all types of equipment. One slip up and everyone is on to you.

Although I don't think even 69% of the worlds population would notice it, I agree that professional head hunters would along with LEO's. The ability to move relatively undetected with minimal disguise in the zombie minded general public though is a bonus in creating distance from ground zero. Being able to manipulate people into seeing what you want them to see and doing what you want them to do is key normally. Just because "every single human in the entire world will begin looking for you" does not mean they will find you even if you are standing right in front of them. You can not see/find what you don't know.

Definitely agree with this. In fact it might be easier to hide in disguise in a large population area just due to the simple fact that people searching for you cannot just shut down the entire city to look for you. Although at T-hour 24 (24 hours left to search) if people know you are in the City authorities might just shut down everything. In large remote areas search teams can use large numbers of searchers, dogs and technology to to slowly narrow down the search area till you are trapped.

I've given this quite a bit of thought over the last 24 hours...

frick it! For $1,000,000,000.00 I'm willing to turn in my identical twin brother as me. My father is dead, my mother never could tell us apart and I've been banging his wife for years, so she knows how to keep a secret. Or maybe I kill her. We'll see...

I would like for my hour to start right when a massive snow/ice storm hits the southeast. All the people down here freak out when the roads turn to slush. Pretty sure I could get somewhere remote and inaccessible for a couple of days in my Jeep. Once it thaws out, that only gives people about 2-3 days to find me. After I get out of town and into the woods, I could move around on foot undetected as long as the snow is still coming down and could not be tracked on satellite imagery.

Drop my bugout bag in North Baton Rouge. Wreck the car in a bad area and smear a little of my blood in the inside.

Steal a pre 1995 car.

Ditch said car by driving off of I10 into the Henderson swamp. It'll take em five days to realize the body is gone.

The swamp water will handle the sent and prints....given we're talking 60k acres of water to find the initial exit point. As for the rest... well... I might need that some day.
