I'm really struggling with my no fap challenge, mates

It's day 5 and I haven't seen the GF in nearly a week. I just need to hang on one more day, but I'm really struggling. I should probably step away from the computer 
Anybody else try no fap recently? Any encouragement? I think I'm going to stick with it even beyond this week b/c I can tell I"ll be primed and ready for some epic wrasslin tomorrow around this time. Also feel more energetic in general, I've hit the gym 3 times in the past 4 days and have been more thorough and focused at work.
