Went to lowes and Home Depot online. Around $300 range. Reviews are all over the place for every one of them. What's the best for that price?

There was just a thread about this.

What jobs are you hoping to accomplish?

You've come to the right place. Here on the OT everyone has one. It's in their pants.

If you aren't going to use it more than a couple times a year, save yourself the headache.

Whatever you get, be sure to get this attachment to cover a wide surface area. I have one and it's the GOAT purchase.

Just need something to blast bleach and water on moldy areas. Clean bricks, concrete and wooden fence.

How often do you have to clean? For the money, I would just rent one when needed. You don't have to worry about storing it, fixing it or making sure you don't lose attachments.
