Just throw 300.00 in the garbage and go borrow one from your friend. You will being doing that anyway buying one of the cheap ones.

whatever you buy, remember three things:
1. don't start it without water hooked up, turned on and the trigger pulled to purge all the air.
2. pull trigger to release pressure after you turn it off and before you try to unhook the hose.
3. don't let it idle more than a 30 seconds or so with the trigger not pulled.

Make sure you get a Honda engine and an Italian pump. Pay attention to volume not pressure. I. E., gpm not psi. Spend the extra money you have on wand extensions, low back feed trigger and a wand gooseneck

While walking out of Lowe’s with the pressure washer I purchased, an Asian man stepped out in front of my basket and demanded I go back and return it. In his broken English he told me that it was no good no good, so I returned it.

Lowe's carries a bunch of House branded junk. The stuff they contract with big manufacturers to build, they have it rebranded and it's specd out for cheaper quality to meet at Price Point. Lowe's doesn't just use the same colors as Walmart their business practices are a lot like Walmart too. In short, frick Blows. Use Homey Despot.
