The irrational fear some have here that it's impossible to live and let live around others that may not chew Red Man and piss off a porch is absurd.

Yet you still have to live under their rules, regulations, tax policies, pandemic restrictions etc.

I'm sure a hardcore progressive might also consider the local political climate before relocating to a deeply red area.

No one's out to get me. I don't live in a progressive part of the country where I'm expected to Think Correctly or be canceled.

Looks like you can get a 2 bd/2 bath, 790 sq ft condo kinda close to town for about $500k. At that price, just buy two and blow out some walls.

It all depends on how they keep their shite to themselves. When it impacts business and property, its a big issue.

Most progressives would rather die than move to the South. Go bitch at them too.

With pharmacy, another thing to consider... a few years back our state, Co, was unbelievably labeled as the #2 prescription pill abuse state which lead to a whole bunch of crazy shite including the dea leaning on pharmacies so hard that pharm techs will aggressively grill patients on diagnosis and such. I’ve worked with the pharmacy board tangentially in Louisiana, but I don’t get the feeling they are cracking down as hard. Could
Be wrong on that point though. Pain management is the hottest of hot button issues here, the landscape is changing dramatically I terms of practice structure for other specialities integrating small pain clinics into their practices.

I think Telluride isn't infringing on anyone here except the OP. So maybe I'm confused why many here like to try to convince someone else how terrible it must be knowing next to zero about it. You know, keeping shite to themselves...

Been in Denver for 7 years and counting. I used to enjoy the cold weather but I'm not excited about it anymore. I never got "used" it. Telluride will be a lot colder as well. Just dress warm and drive slow

Yeah... that’s the Mountain Lodge in Mountain Village. Awesome views and the Gondola literally crosses the property...

I’ve held a pharmacist License in 14 different states. The Louisiana board of pharmacy is by far the worst I’ve had to deal with.

Yes! And it never gets “ordinary or familiar” to me. Each time I go back it’s like the first time..

It was the cheapest place I could find, and I was zoomed out quite a bit.

The place next door to where I stay is on the private market for like 15 million. Crazy what has happened there in the last couple decades. It’s in Aspen’esque territory now and will surpass it..
