How about just take PTO since you know this is exctly what it's there for?

It's nice. My day consists of lots of phone calls and emails as well as processing work orders my contractors complete though I am about to sub that part out so I can focus on other things. Some days are busy as hell because of contractors fricking up and other days are boring as can be. Today I was busy because I am hiring for people to cover 3 new states for me so I had lots of people calling, emailing, and applying for the positions.
Tomorrow I have to go work in the field for a bit for the first time in 2 months which I am dreading. It's fricking hot.
