That's the main thing that keeps me from getting into it. I don't have 3 hours to commit to a single episode
The length of his show IS THE MAGIC. Most podcasts barely scratch the surface before they rush their guests away. Joe takes the time to dive deep and let’s his guests talk.
I usually take 3-4 days to finish a show; listen while driving, working out, shaving, etc

Listen to it while working out...win/win
I go workout sometimes just so I can but in errands and listen, lol

You're "addicted"?

I like Joe Rogan, but its hard to finish a full episode.
It have gotten to the point where I don't listen as much as I used to because there were so many episodes I wanted to finish.
He humanizes people. For example, I think the last one I listened to was the one with Jewel. Being able to hear her have a in depth conversation about her life, her views on things, why she has those views, etc gave me a different level or appreciation for her.
I think if people would have that format of communication with people they don't like, more people would come to appreciate each other and everyone wouldn't be at each other's throats all the time.

My only legitimate question, if it is legitimately a question at all I am jot qualified to say, is of there was thus advanced civilization we are learning to be true, where is all the stuff left behind after the great flood? Shouldn't their be buried deposits everywhere of some bygone civilization. All we have are strange monuments that we aren't sure how they built, maps that defy all topography says we knew at those times, writings from people like Plato, strange DNA found in Peru, or the Amazon, of aborigines from Australia: how did they get there if the Samoans were the first to conquer navigation?
But in terms of real material outside an old compunter from Greece and a battery from Iraq there ain't much I believe.
I wish Joe would bring on someone who is the world's most renowned expert on the Voynich Manuscript.

Back when Rogan hosted Fear Factor, he got into an argument with one of his producers on set. They had about two hours of filming left for an episode. The producer said they had to finish in the morning because there was only an hour of daylight left. It was mid-fall and DST ended the previous weekend.
Rogan insisted they could just turn all the clocks and watches back an hour to adjust for this problem.

This is the gayest sentence I have read in many months.

Rogan has called himself an idiot multiple times. Difference between him and the average moron is that Rogan’s a great conversationalist that brings on a wide range of guests. You’re not going to find too many other podcasts like that

Been addicted for 3 years. Usually, his podcasts are the most interesting of all other podcasts.

hes low hanging fruit to dogpile since his podcast is number 1, but he's a really good listen. I like it because he's a common guy that shits on the Hollywood elite and BS they spew.
Also, people dismiss him but he's actually pretty knowledgeable about a lot of things. He reads a ton of books.

For some reason mainstream archeology and science don’t want people to know about cataclysmic events in our past. I’ve heard theories that think it’s cyclical. Every 12000 years via mini novas from our sun or so and there is some evidence that supports it. These groups don’t touch this stuff and do everything they can to run cover for these thousands of “one offs” around the world. They know something we don’t. If you don’t toe the line in these groups, you get forced out of the field. Some have retreated to YouTube and their theories are very intriguing. Most of the time they make more sense than the shite explanations we get from the so called keepers of this information

Big fan and his interviews with Ed Calderon discussing the Mexican drug cartels are very good.

How can you seriously type these two things in the same post?
By the way, I agree with your opinion that most/more people should get to know more people of different perspectives in depth.
