I’m not.

My point is, no matter how legal pot becomes, IF an employer is zero tolerance, you still can’t use.

That’s it. Pretty simple.

Well thats not true bc now state governments are stepping in and making it illegal to deny employment based on marijuana testing. See my previous link.

And? It’s that person’s choice to work there and that employer’s option to test them for what will soon be a legal substance.

The government won’t even need or shouldn’t need to do that. In legalized states it will become a waste of money for an employer to test.

One state out of 50.

The Attorneys will argue this for 100 years.

My point is that NV is explicitly doing it (making it illegal to deny for marijuana), rather than waiting on businesses to catch on, which is encouraging that other states will as well to speed up the process

It seems like you want to continue government prohibition but you’re afraid to say it.

Do they have a breathalyzer for that yet?

I can't see the various govt. entities passing up a chance for that Driving While High money.

And? You're entering into a private contract with your employer to allow them to test you for whatever.

That is a far cry from the government denying its citizens freedom for completely arbitrary reasons.

I don't smoke pot at all, but am for legalization because there are very few good arguments against it and I like freedom.

Man, I don’t care if you smoke a bale a day!

I despise government. All they should do is provide roads and protect the country.

But, keep on alienating the folks that are on your side. That’s a way to win!!!

No one cares about "alienating" your side because you're already in the minority and your numbers are getting smaller every day. It's just a matter of time at this point.
