Please let this happen. If we are going to use taxpayer money to attract a business to the city, I’d much rather it be ikea than the saints or pelicans or an nhl team or an mls team.
At least when ikea wastes $200 and 4 hours of my time on a sunday I’ll have a new allen wrench to show for it.

One of their sales strategies is that the store needs to be adjacent or visible from a highway or interstate.

The store in metro Memphis isn’t visible from the interstate. Less sure if Germantown Rd is considered a state highway tho.

not all of it is shitty- I got 4 Billy Bookcases and they have been solid for over 5 years.
