Not problematic at all. Women want to be with men that other women want to be with. It's a sign of value. It also makes them feel special that they got the guy.

There is some truth to this. back in 2013 I was in a relationship and in great shape, hitting the gym on the reg and staying active. I got dumped and within a week I was getting more puss. I ended up in another relationship a couple months later and completely let myself go. Went from being 175 with abs to 190 with a full keg. Got dumped and it took me 4 months to get back in it. A lot of that had to do with self esteem and confidence but hey

Being married doesn't inherently make one more valuable but you're right for the most part.

If your girl is secure enough to know that women look at you and that you will still come home to her, well that's probably why she's your wife.
I did have a chuckle at where your incident took place though. Romance is kinda the last thing you associate with the OBGYN.

Being an attractive one does. If he's well dressed, you can infer he has a good job. If he's an the OBGYN with his pregnant wife, you can see that he's fertile.

I don’t think this really applies to women. It’s extremely easy to find attractive men willing to have sex with any female. Whether those guys stick around is probably another story.
In general, I don’t think it would be hard to find a new relationship if I were single tomorrow. The hard part would be not jumping into a stupid one too quickly.
I do generally agree with what you’re saying. We all need to do what we can to remain ideal partners.
