Really depends... was it a plant explosion or a meth lab?

Before I take a quick check, I'll check with Michael Hingle.

Baggett, McCall, and Burgess always had classier commercials than the others in Lake Charles. I’m guessing they shoot for big money cases like a plant explosion (not car wrecks with “whiplash/soft tissue injuries).

No MDL then you don’t need the Jewish class mafia, staying in state court you want local firm that doesn’t need the money, And good resources with good Connections’s with Court and Judge, thats highly skilled and works, and preferably has handled similar cases with success.

That’s a different name for every different cases. Moore Walters etc and Due Smith etc in Baton Rouge, were very good in my day.

did you cause the explosion that injured you. makes a difference.

is it open/shut case obvious deep pocket liability

you may want to interview a couple because there rates do vary. what's left over is your pocket money

Injured or permanently disabled?

I've been injured in an explosion at work before, bad enough to get sent to a burn unit for them to have a look at it. Wasn't bad enough to be admitted so I stayed home a few days and went back to work once I was able.

Didn't sue anybody, never even considered it.
