No Jails, create a Felon free state. If caught committing a felony, you sign a waiver saying you'll leave the state and if ever caught here again, automatic firing squad that day. Also, notice that no one with a Felony on their record is permitted in the state, not able to rent/buy/get utilities/bank account. If you are caught here with an out of state felony on your record, you are departed.

As you purge the bad, everything else will fall in line. Bad areas will suddenly become better in just a decade as the bad influence that terrorizes those neighborhoods relentlessly is no more.

Kids in bad areas don't mimic what they see as all trash is purged.

On the surface this sounds good, but what happens when you can’t find roofers, ditch diggers, scaffold builders, insulators, laborers, etc?

You can tell on this thread who is realistic and actually understands politics and who doesn’t.

Will voters not want a felon free state? Think "Building the Wall" voters.

Question is, is it legal? If not firing squad, we drop them off 10 miles into the Gulf, not telling them which direction they came from. Swim it. Is that unconstitutional?

If there's a shortage, pay goes up until good people take the job or people migrate here for work.

police not chasing repeat offenders with rap sheets 2 miles long, have plenty of time to protect and serve proactively versus reactively.

Neighborhoods are safer, schools get better with toxic influences removed, state gets better and it essentially evolves into a higher standard of people.
