Looked up your last one the Louisiana one and it has ZERO to do with religious exemption.
I’ll take a look at the rest in a second after a call
ETA:
Bristol meyers Squibb case was dismissed from court because the employee had made general remarks for not wanting the vaccine not under religious tense
The mayo case they lost initially in court. They potentially have a chance in court
And to your point, these employers are getting sued. Because my entire point is it’s very dangerous as an employer to deny the exemption and most employees don’t want to go through this hassle

Lmao govt and exemptions.... that never happened. Matter of fact if it did then people wouldn't have been so hostile towards the shot.

Then everyone should simply sue and easily win like the OP
The truth is the vast majority of people won’t lie and claim a religious exemption if they truly don’t feel it exists. They are “afraid” to do so for a lack of a better word
(Yes I know people do/did but I am talking in generalities and majorities)

nothing in the scripture that tells you not to get vaccines.
It is not necessary to cite Scripture when claiming a religious exemption. In my case, I argued that I believe that Covid is God's judgment for sin and that getting the Covid vaccine was an attempt to circumvent judgment. My request for an exemption was approved.

The government sector also had exemptions BTW
Go look at the percentage of religious exemption applicants that were approved in the military.

Finally, lawsuits I can get behind.

The Covid vax is worthless now. It wasn’t great to begin with. Glad I never got the shot.

But I was told nobody was getting fired and that was just a white nationalist science denier talking point.
I remember when the lab leak and masks being useless were white nationalist science denier talking points too
Imagine downvoting this instead of being upset you were manipulated and lied to by people that continue to do so every waking moment of everyday

Fired? No. But I applied for a religious exemption and was denied then charged $200 a month for 6 months due to “increase health costs of those not vaccinated”. It costs me no less than $1200 to avoid the shot. (Private sector company)
Same here. My company allowed you to apply for a religious exemption and then required a lot of documentation to justify your request, including a letter from someone familiar with your beliefs that were the basis for your request. In the end the company rejected all of the exemption requests without any explanation.
Impact? $200 a month surcharge on my health insurance for nearly a year, missing out on an additional $100 a month vaccination incentive, and the equivalent of a scarlet letter in the form of additional restrictions (having to wear a mask at all times when not at my desk, not being allowed to attend any meeting or event with more than 20 people, and having to sit at least six feet away from other attendees in meetings, just to name a few) that did not apply to the vaccinated employees.
I hope this lawsuit is just the first of many. The government as well as private companies should be forced to pay for their deliberate actions to try to force people to take this vaccine against their wishes and for the anxiety this produced for people who exercised what should be their right to choose whether they are to be injected with an experimental vaccine.

The government as well as private companies
A private company should be able to fire you for not taking the vaccine if that’s how they feel.
Why should any employer be forced to keep an employee for that?
You can’t be small govt and pro small business rights and then turnaround and say the government should step in and force employers to employ certain people
A private business owner should have the right to fire someone unvaxed if that’s their prerogative
They should also be able to force their employees or patrons to wear masks
AND
a private company should be able to allow all of their employees to be unvaxxed AND never have patrons or employees masked. They should also be able to fire a vaccinated employee if they want if for no other reason they say they think that person is a sheep
The religious baker should be able to tell the gay patron to frick off and go somewhere else, and the staunch vaxxed owner should be able to tell his employee to go find other employment if they don’t want the vaccine

Good. Everyone should who lost their jobs over that stupid vaccine mandate.

Louisiana is not a good employee state.

Well if your place of work didn’t mandate the vaccine and you ended up catching the virus you may have a case as well.
I don’t think either case will be successful.

Depends on the Department. Some never even processed them. I got an email last year that basically said since the "pandemic was over", they were just filing it away, or something along those lines.

So frick all your beliefs if you want to work for company XYZ, right? Either throw them in the trash, or throw the job in the trash.
What a clown take.
I'm for a business not being told what to do by the government (unless it's something that needs to be done for societal benefit, like clean air and clean water), but a business shouldn't be able to step all over someone's religious beliefs, either.

Why should your beliefs matter one iota of frick to the owner? frick that. You should be able to fire a tranny as well. Your beliefs or feelings should not matter to a private business owner.
