However I don’t think a private business had to legally provide religious exemptions to vaccines. But if you do, you better honor it

NextEra energy had everyone submit exemptions and then refused to acknowledge them. They didn’t deny them, but also didn’t grant them and just let the date to be fired in late December roll up before announcing they were pushing the date back to April the night before everyone was to get fired on Christmas week.

I left before April and know they ended up firing a bunch of people, but it was pretty messed up how they handled it by not even acknowledging exemption requests.

COVID was the excuse for the DOD to find out who would "play ball" with the Biden totalitarian overreach. Anyone refusing the vaccine damned sure couldn't be relied on to shoot their fellow citizens when the orders came. Had to weed them out.

I agree

Never seen a client in healthcare deny a religious exemption. It’s pretty much a rubber stamp for this very reason.

I believe the number was rather high actually for denials.

They knew many people who weren't even religious claimed the religious exemption just to get out of getting the vaxx. Regardless, they had no ground to deny them IMO

It was, but it was rewarding to see how not only did they lose a lot of the people like me with 20+ years of experience, but my manager who got the jab left after having her good staff all get gutted by a policy she told me she didn’t agree with.

It was also satisfying to see them lose some huge projects in the next year that those staff supported as they began implementing their mandate in mid-2021 and in the next year and how it affected their stock.

...the govt should stay out of who an employer fires based on the threats made by the government that everyone had to get the jab.

So you aren’t a patriot riding for freedom from government tyranny and oppression, you simply think only certain govt injections are worthy of being mandated

Got it. So round 2030 you will be fine with the Covid vaccine being mandated like those vaccines under Trump and Regan. Fight on patriot

Healthcare companies required the jab before the federal govt comrade. Might want to educate

Their reasoning has nothing to do with the govt. So, patriot, do you think the government should control who a private healthcare company hires and fires?

Healthcare companies were firing employees back when Biden was a senator for not receiving vaccines
