so when i cancelled direct tv in 2020, I had 4 tvs...my bill was 240 and I had been a member for over a decade and when i called to get discount they gave me 5 a month and when i went to cancel they never called back with an offer. frick them

i have to have fast internet and either way. So i get

youtubetv
netflix
the disney/espn/hulu package for less than 150 and that gives me way more options

i get hbo max for free with tmobile, i get prime free with my prime membership

i save over 100 a month from what i was paying at the time. with my kids being older now plus my mother in law having her own apartment with us...i save prolly close to 150-175 a month.

FYI if it helps someone: for some reason, I couldn’t claim the discount through the app. Went through the browser and it worked perfectly.
