So you are claiming you put 200k on each of the last 3 expeditions (total=600k+) with minimal repairs and lackluster maintenance? Color me skeptical.... I'm not a Toyota fanboi but your ownership experience doesn't seem typical...

Anecdotal, I know, but…

I bought an EXPD the first year they came out (actually ordered before they hit dealerships). 1997

We ran that bitch into the ground, and handed down to kids. We auctioned it, and we still see it around town. I put custom sidestep tubes, so it’s recognizable. It’s gotta have 500k on it. Best vehicle I ever owned.

Ford is literally a shite vehicle company nowadays. I'd compare them to early days of Kia.

So Toyota by a landslide.

Man no way in hell am I getting anything that gets bad fuel mileage. We are already paying way too much for fuel as it is.

So you'll choose the vehicle that cost you 6 times as much in repairs alone. Got cha.

I’ve got a 2022 Expedition Timberline Edition and I love it.

Didn’t want a Tahoe because the 5.3L is underpowered. The 6.2 isn’t a bad option though. I didn’t care for the Tahoe interior, especially compared with the Expedition.

Can’t really speak on the Sequoia.

Just bought my wife a new Expedition and I've gotta say, it's pretty nice. Very comfortable and spacious. MPG isn't bad at all, it gets over 20.

Ok, the current one has 196,253 miles so far. It will be over 200k when the new one arrives. I always switch to a new vehicle at just over 200k because i drive them so much.

I have never had a tune up on any of the 3.

I’m a heavy braker and drive a lot of miles so I upgraded the front rotors on the last two after overheating the rotors. Wasn't but about $150 more than stock rotors and no problems after the upgrades.

I’ve bought a new steering wheel and driver seat cover because both were worn out and a set of floor mats, but that's it.

Only factory issue i’ve had was water leaking in from 3rd brake light and trickling down inside of back glass. I should have brought it in when noticed but didn’t until after 50k miles so they wouldn’t warranty. That was frustrating, but my fault for putting it off.

Edit: knocking on wood that I haven’t just jinxed myself with these comments…

Is this really a question? Ford vs Toyota. Sequoia easily.
