Monaco - find a reasonable (lol) place to live there and do what I do now, just not work quite as hard. (I'm in my 50's, so I'm assuming I keep my assets I already have as well).

Italy. Was stationed there for 3.5 yrs and loved it. With $10 mil, I'd live like a king and travel every corner of Europe absorbing the history.

Kind of like the Ireland idea if I can get a decent sized estate (a few acres at least). Just not sure how I will tolerate the food.
Probably some place in coastal southern Irland like Wexford. I'll have to invest in rain coats and a right hand drive pickup truck.
