They've always been amateur boozers. I remember watching them walk up to tailgate with a six pack of beer a piece in the 90s. They define pussification, the gay milk men are just the chef's kiss.

The weird thing is the kid hadn’t had a drop of the whiskey but apparently a bunch of his buddies did.

I'm guessing the cops gave him the breathalyzer just a few minutes after he'd taken a drink of something and he was nowhere near that level of drunk.
We had a breathalyzer in college and we'd take turns seeing who could blow the highest. All the crazy numbers always came pretty soon after we'd had a drink of something. Normally a cop is supposed to observe you for 15-20 minutes before testing BAC. I doubt the cops gave a shite about that during a busy gameday.
