And sliced one end of the cable down removing the outer jacket exposing all the strands of copper and with a lineman cutters pulled as many as could stick out around the perimeter if you only flick it out gently and it made contact with someone's flesh it would shred whatever it scrapped against. It light easy to swing and without question can turn a good looking person beyond ugly.
